Three tails
Unless my eyes are deceiving me, I see three tails in the photo. This is not Callibaetis. It appears to be a female Paraleptophlebia imago.

Not a fly (order Diptera) actually but a Mayfliy, order Ephemeroptera. Im sorry I cant give you a more precise ID.
