Hi Bob, I'm beginning to think that there aren't many people interested in moths in Nevada.

What's up with 'no-genus'?

 
Yes
This species used to be considered part of Oxycnemis, but some crafty scientists figured out that it wasn't closely related (enough) to the other species of that genus.
So, it's been bumped here for now, (hopefully temporarily) until they decide on a new name for them.
