looks like Paragnetina media in Marshall 2006, p.54, fig.7

adult stonefly
order Plecoptera. It's not uncommon to see adults and the leftover skins (exuvia) of nymphs in the same area. Mature nymphs crawl out of running water, sometimes in great numbers, and the adults emerge a short time later.
