Yes, grossbecki
A pretty distinct species.

There appears to be no guide page for the species. Under BugGuide's taxonomy scheme it would be listed as Ochlerotatus grossbecki as BugGuide still uses the outdated taxonomy for mosquitoes.

A little more on that last sentence...

Ochlerotatus was first a subgenus of Aedes before it was elevated to genus level in the early 2000s. In 2015, a paper was published demonstrating why elevating Ochlerotatus to genus level was baseless and since then most mosquito authorities and entomologists have reinstated Ochlerotatus as a subgenus of Aedes.

I can suggest a taxonomy proposal for this in the forum. with links to the Wilkerson paper and other mosquito taxonomy authorities.

Please post in the taxonomy forum. I didn't think the split was productive on BugGuide even when it was more widely accepted. The subgenera look too similar.
