Culex Mosquito - Culiseta incidens

Culex Mosquito - Culiseta incidens
Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, USA
June 16, 2020
Size: ~1cm?
Probably a mosquito from the genus Culex. For whatever reason, there's no pictures from Oregon, despite them being fairly common.

Was hanging out on the wall outside the front door under the eaves. It was raining, so it was probably taking shelter. It didn't seem interested in me at all. I'm guessing it's a female due to the lack of large maxillary palps, but would like confirmation.

Culiseta incidens
Tarsi length and dark spots in wings suggest Culiseta over Culex. Culiseta incidens is similar to Culiseta alaskensis, but has narrower tarsal banding and darker wings.
