Coleomegilla maculata
This appears to be
Coleomegilla maculata
. Note the spot pattern visible on the elytra matches well with adult elytra pattern. Also, note the tips of elytron diverge from the pupa, and the remains of the lava's "extra" legs are visible toward apex.

I would tend to think that this is actually a lady beetle pupa instead of Chrysomelidae.
