Black and white winged insect - Nigronia serricornis

Black and white winged insect - Nigronia serricornis
Lyttleton, Northumberland County, New Brunswick, Canada
June 19, 2020
Size: 1”
Found this trying to eat my dill in my herb garden. Never seen one before just curious as to what it is and if it is invasive to plants. Not sure if it has a stinger or not but moves its abdomen/anus like a wasp. Thanks guys!

They don't have a stinger and are harmless to your plants.
