Size: 7-11 mm
This clearwing species (Sesiidae) can be found in the mountains and foothills of southern Arizona and northern Mexico during the summer rains from late July to September. This specimen was collected using EZOH in a pheromone trap by William Taft & Ned Schaper. The food plant like many western clearwing moths is unknown.
