I know it says Scarab, but it covers all the scarabaeoid families, including the Lucanidae. Here is the species page for Ceruchus piceus: http://unsm-ento.unl.edu/Guide/Scarabaeoidea/Lucanidae/SYN/CER/piceus.html. It just shows a rough distribution map, but MJ Paulsen is a very good resource for all things lucanid.
