In planted prairie near deciduous woodland. Seemed too large and hairy between eyes for Volucella? Thanks for your help!

I don't think this is Syrphid
I don't think this is Syrphidae at all - it looks more like one of the bot fly bumblebee mimics?

Thanks! Perhaps one of the Cephenemyia? If so, from the ranges here, looks like C. phobifer is the only one that would be in WI?
