I am pretty sure this is Illinoia liriodendri. I've never seen them other than in pictures, but only 4 species are recorded on this host. Aphis fabae looks nothing like this, much smaller with shorter siphunculi, Macrosiphum euphorbiae doesn't have swollen siphunculi, and Myzus persicae alates have a big dorsal patch.
