This one also has me a bit stumped. Hair looks long so I ruled out Cullumanobombus.
Black hairs mixed in the corners of T2 suggest bimaculatus, but lack of a black spot on thorax doesn't, also the yellow on the head and face doesn't look right for bimac. Lack of spot on thorax, and general color suggest perplexus, but I don't see black sides (not a deal breaker, but would be helpful). vagans would just about fit the bill, but I am unsure.
