Eiphosoma male maybe - Eiphosoma - male

Eiphosoma male maybe - Eiphosoma - Male
Lake Meyer Park, Winneshiek County, Iowa, USA
June 28, 2019
Size: ~15 mm
I photographed a female ichneumon wasp at a nearby prairie preserve on 07/17/2019 that was identified on BugGuide as Eiphosoma. This male looks almost identical except for lacking the ovipositor so I'm thinking it might be a male Eiphosoma.

Thanks for confirming the identity of this very skinny male ichneumon wasp, Ross!
