Syrphus knabi ... female.
Syrphus knabi ... female.
Markings on tergites broadly overlapping side edges; frons broadly yellow above antennae with tiny black spots above antennal bases; hind basitarsus orange contrasting with other hind tarsi; hind femur yellow with black band; yellow stripe at sides of thoracic dorsum.
