I think I'll go ahead and move this as the density of venation in general is more than in any of our Leptomantispa photos, even without additional views. Though definitely see if you can capture venation if you see any more as that gives a very strong diagnosis.

The markings on the head and wrinkled pronotum probably indicate D. sayi, though it's hard for me to be positive without a clearer view of wing venation.
