 Millipedes (Diplopoda) - Oxidus gracilis

Millipedes (Diplopoda) - Oxidus gracilis
Northville, Oakland County, Michigan, USA
June 27, 2020
Size: 1" long
This morning, after a heavy rain, I found my house covered in these brownish, inch-long millipedes. Assuming I'm right that it's a Diplopoda, can you tell me what insect they will develop into. I'd like to know if it's a pest that needs to be dealt with.
Thanks!
