Chlaenius sericeus
confirmed by my microscopic examination of this specimen. Some helpful clues for this common Chlaenius are uniformly metallic greenish dorsum, somewhat sinuate pronotal margins, third antennomere distincly longer than 4th, and body size. Thanks Tom.
