Long-Legged Fly - Condylostylus

Long-Legged Fly - Condylostylus
Sand Springs, Osage County, Oklahoma, USA
May 21, 2008
Size: 6mm (1/4")
These guys still freak me out. The split second that the flash goes off they jump. I just can't imagine a critter having that kind of instant reflexes (see the fourth pic).

I know this is a Long-Legged Fly but this one is larger than what I'm used to seeing and the wings are partially colored.

Please help with ID.
