Silba fumosa
Brisbane, San Mateo County, California, USA
June 22, 2020
Observed on an aphid-infested kale plant. It was ID'ed on iNaturalist as Silba formosa. See https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/50615328.

Per Iain MacGowan, this is "an introduced Palearctic species that seems to be well established in California."
