Hey Kyle, thanks for the ID, but I have never seen a two-striped planthopper in my yard and I’m almost sure that is not what these turn into. They turn into what looks like A. Conica. However, I am rearing some and I will wait until they mature to see what they look like...

A. bivittata should be in your area, as should A. conica. Nymphs of A. conica are greenish, but I don't see any green on these nymphs; instead they look pale to me. If you're able to rear one of these nymphs to adult hood, and if it is indeed A. conica, that would be a very interesting revelation.
