Leptophlebiidae
Hi Mason-

This female imago would not be of (family) Baetidae) and (genus) Callibaetis, as they have only 2 tails in their winged lifestages.

Rather, I believe it to be (family) Leptophlebiidae, and either of (genus) Paraleptophlebia, or of (genus) Neoleptophlebia, into which three former WA Paraleptophlebia species were re-classified several years ago.
