Unknown Bee - Dolichovespula arenaria

Unknown Bee - Dolichovespula arenaria
Richard Bong State Recreation Area, Kenosha County, Wisconsin, USA

Yellowjacket
- see this useful key. If I keyed it out correctly I think it's a Dolichovespula arenaria queen.

Those longitudinally folded wings are characteristic of Vespidae.
