An orchid bee, tribe Euglossini. Given your location, very likely Euglossa dilemma as that's what our other Florida entries have been.

In males the large hindlegs are used to store 'perfume' which is collected from various sources, mixed, and used to attract females. The perfume blends are species-specific.
