Probably Leptophlebiidae
This female imago has lost two tails. Size would seem to suggest Paraleptophlebia, but the leading edge of the hindwing is hard to interpret in this photo. The presence and position of any costal angulation would be one way to distinguish lesser genera like Habrophleboides, Habrophlebia, or Choroterpes.
