Size: FW 9 mm.
First BG record. This species occurs locally in the Texas Panhandle as well as western Kansas and eastern Colorado (MPG, Wright & Gilligan 2015(1)). The species was originally placed in Phaneta by Blanchard (1979(2)) but moved to Eucosma by Gilligan & Wright (2013(3)).
