I guess the species page for this one isn't there yet. Not quite amoena, igneoides, maria, or nigricornis to my eye. Wikipedia says there are over 300 species in this genus.

Looks like Conura genus to me. Only one I have found with yellow and black coloring so far. But the abdomen doesn't look right to me.
