Wow! The prey is [i]Anacimas
Wow! The prey is Anacimas limbellatus. This is the first live(?) photograph of the genus I've ever seen and there is no female on BugGuide either! The frons width, calli, eye colors, and antennae match that species (eye color described in the synonym A. geropogon) as described by Stone (1938). Do you have a submission for the prey?

I'm no expert, but maybe Proctacanthus with Tabanid prey.
