Salticid
It's a Salticid (in the very large family Salticidae); that should get you started.

Looks like
Has the markings of a Bold Jumping Spider (Phidippus audax) on the abdomen. I think it's pale/red color may be because it just molted? I found a similar looking Phidippus johnsoni that was almost white/orange like that.
