Medium sized Auchenorrhycha which landed on a dandelion blossom when disturbed from the grass

Hecalus
Probably a male - females usually have the abdomen extending past the wing tips.
There are several species that look like this. One of the species occurring in your area has a black underside, which of course you can't see in this view.
