Can anyone help get this down to species? I checked on this site and it doesn't seem quite like any that are posted.

instar? sub-species?
None of the others on the web site have this yellow spot. Is this a different instar or a sub-species?

We don't know enough to be able to say
for sure, but it seems that yellows and whites in the tufts seem pretty variable. We were looking at the side tufts and tubercles when we moved it. Was it in an area where Doug Fir is found? Otherwise this may be O. vetusta instead.
