Great series
But it is very important that you fix the dates. What happens is that when you add images of the same specimen, the original date is recorded automatically and you have to remember to correct it yourself. Also you have to fix the immature/adult bit, if you haven't done so.

Sawfly
Thanks for the information Beatriz but at best I would only be estimating the time. I first noticed the caterpillars on the stem of the gooseberry about May 8th I added fresh material and the next time I looked they had begun to cocoon up. I photographed one caterpillar and a cocoon on May 14th added more fresh material and on or about May 24/25 found that the sawflies had emerged. These I photographed on May 27th. I would estimate that the entire process took between 15-20 days. I hope this helps but it is the best I can do.

Similar to my series
I recorded the dates of each photo. I only linked as same individual those that were truly the same specimen. The others I linked differently, using the [thumb#] function.
Maggot: 5/13
pupa 5/24
mature pupa 5/28
fly 5/29
parasitic wasp from another cocoon 5/31
I added a summary of events here
Just like you, I don't have the exact dates for when the first pupa was formed, etc.
I hope that this helps. Don't forget to change the date of your larva, which I assume is around May 8. Either that or your cocoon and larva are two different individuals.
