Pale Aphids - Ericaphis

Pale Aphids - Ericaphis
Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, USA
July 14, 2020
There's a small cluster of 8 or so dead/dry black aphids to the side. They may just be males of the same species, and just turn that way after mating and dying? I don't know if that's how aphids work.

(They're just dead)
