Near Curlew Lake, ~10 miles Northeast of Republic, Ferry County, Washington, USA

Numerous Mecinus janthinus infesting Dalmatian toadflax (Linaria genistifolia). The toadflax is a noxious weed in the Northeastern portion of Washington State and Mecinus janthinus has been introduced as a biocontrol agent.
