Any more pics showing legs?

Unusual syrphid
This is not something I have come across before. If you see any more specimens like this it would be valuable to collect at least a male and female. They can then be deposited in the Canadian National Collection for study or in one of our provincial collections. If the latter, please let me know (jhskevington@gmail.com) as I would like to study the specimens.

Will try to collect, possibly next season
Hi Jeff,

This was in a remote area of B.C. we will likely not make it back to this year. But I will for sure keep an eye out in the future and try to collect it if I see a similar specimen.

Thanks!
Chloe

No more pics
Sadly only this one picture this time :(

One more image, might not help though
Put up one more image that shows a little bit more of the legs.

I cropped the second pic...
...to give those who are not editors/experts a better view.
