Possibly Blue-Fronted or Powdered, but females are tough.

 
In comparing these two female
In comparing these two females in "Dragonflies and Damselflies of Northeast Ohio" by Larry Rosche, et al, it states " ..the abdominal tip of the female Powdered Dancer is dark, whereas the same area on a Blue-fronted female is usually pale." The other thing I noticed in the guide is that the Blue-fronted has a very narrow dark line on the lateral thorax, while the Powdered seems to have a wider dark line there.
Thank you for narrowing the ID down to these two. Going by the above characteristics, I am thinking of calling this female a Blue-fronted. Does this make sense to you?
