Unusual small insect, not even sure where to start categorising it from. Brilliant spots of reflected light on the wings.

The image should be re-cropped, much closer to the moth. You can edit and replace your images at any time.

Done
Thanks for the ID, and I've replaced the image with one closer. Unfortunately that's as much resolution as I have for this specimen. I'll try to be sure to check the stage-of-life box when appropriate, too.

Maybe Tebenna gnaphaliella?
Hey Howard,
Thanks for the comment at
https://bugguide.net/node/view/1868842
! Your specimen has slightly more ochre-ish wing roots and seems to have stippling in the light band between the ochre and the rear 2/3rds of the forewing, which makes me wonder if it might be Tebenna gnaphaliella: check out the examples at

Could be!
Thanks Paul, that does look like a good candidate. These Tebenna moths certainly pack a lot of detail and beauty into a small size!
