Midnight Mating - Calycopis isobeon

8 mi. SW of Wimberley, Comal County, Texas, USA

Dusky-blue Groundstreaks, Calycopis isobeon.

Perhaps it was the moonless Friday night.
The distinctive red cap on the blue spot (per Kaufman) is my basis for the species.
