Forester - Androloma maccullochii

Thought I'd determined this was a Ridings' Forester, but when reading the descriptor, it says 'no shoulder pads' and mine has them. Further research came up with something called "Androloma Maccullochi" or Macculloch's Forester, but I can't find any entry for this insect on Bugguide. Can anyone confirm or ID?
