Potter wasp Prey

Potter wasp Prey
Perry County, Pennsylvania, USA

this is what all of the wasps were carrying. one of the wasps got frustrated as she could not navigate with such a bulky prey item, and eventually dropped it. it is still alive but paralized. is it IDable?

Linking
The caterpillar is not the same specimen as the wasp. You shouldn't link them as same individual but using the [thumb:#] instead. They belong on different guide pages.
Nice find! I would like to know what it is, too.
