There are a few characters that lead me to this ID: the more strongly narrowed and emarginate elytral apices (which are more broadly rounded in
Leptostylopsis
; the dark oblique margin behind the white mark on the elytra; the oblique white marking on the elytra being directed forward from the suture (directed backward in
L. planidorsus
); and the dark vittae on the pronotum (absent in
L. planidorsus
). The devil is in the details for these acanthocinines - many are superficially very similar.
