Lichen moth with parasite - Lycomorpha pholus
Sharon, Windsor County, Vermont, USA
August 2, 2020
Size: ~2cm
This Black-and-yellow Lichen Moth (Lycomorpha pholus) has some parasite(?) growing out of it. Fungus? Pupae? Looks like one is green and the other gray with a light neck.
