Seems more likely nanus, don't think floridanus occurs in N. FL.
A photo of the face (clypeus) and any other angles could help.

Looks like...
The wing vein pattern is consistent with
Bembecinus
. This might be something like a female
Bembecinus floridanus
. Hold on for an expert.
