Looks like...
There might be some dark hairs on the mystax and red on the tibea, but we can't see the long hairs on the ventral side of the abdomen in this view.
The wing veins seem to match the sub-genus Nerax group. (vein near wing apex pointing inward)
Efferia aestuans: ♂ The silvery portion on the abdomen doesn't seem to match, but it matches other examples of that species. What do you think?
