Prasocuris vittata

In Prasocuris phellandrii the black stripes do not narrow toward the head, they remain straight as in this picture: http://www.biolib.cz/en/image/id92568/
This beetle is Prasocuris vittata.

Prasocuris phellandrii

From D&A and How to know the beetles, this one is Prasocuris phellandrii (Linnaeus), only northeast memeber of the genus (under subfamily Chrysomelinae). Prasocuris species appear to have moved to another genus at some time in the past, but I checked ITIS and Prasocuris is valid (correct), per the NAmer leaf beetle checklist of 2003.
