Unknown Hairy Robber Fly - Megaphorus

Unknown Hairy Robber Fly - Megaphorus
Patagonia, Cochise County, Arizona, USA
August 4, 2020
Size: 1 1/4"
I know this is a robber fly, one of the bumblebee mimics, but can we get closer than Laphria sp.? Also, is the prey a moth? One of the wasp-mimics, or is it a wasp?

Moved from ID Request.

Prey appears (to me) to be Vespidae, maybe Eumeninae.
