Dragonfly - Somatochlora tenebrosa
Peachtree Corners, Gwinnett County, Georgia, USA

The closest match I could find is a Clamp-tipped Emerald (Somatochlora tenebrosa) but that’s just a guess.

Observed patrolling an intermittent drainage through a mixed pine/ deciduous forest. (Thanks)
