Axion tripustulatum? - Axion tripustulatum

Axion tripustulatum? - Axion tripustulatum
Nashua, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, USA
August 11, 2020
Size: 6 mm
I was fighting with the settings on my camera and unfortunately didn't get any *really good* shots of this coccinellid. It looked like a twice-stabbed ladybug except that is was much too large and there was a red line running down the back half of the inner margin of the elytra when they were closed. Found resting atop the metal support for our tomatoes.
