Do you . . . ?
Have any other photos of this? I'm almost ready to call it Megathymus cofaqui but those post median spots on the HW seem a bit much. A female "peninsular race" has little markings like that at the leading HW edge.

Edit: I was thinking those two little dots were at the leading edge of the HW. Everything is sort of blending together there because of the lighting. So I am checking Atrytonopsis more closely. Edit: The shape of the wings do not appear long and pointed enough for Atrytonopsis.

the only other image I have. Sorry the lighting kind of sucks on all of these; I was battling Florida morning lens fog something fierce if memory serves. After staring at the images for a couple of weeks I was kind of leaning toward M. cofaqui also, but it also just doesn't look quite like you'd expect. I'll be honest, this one's been driving me crazy.
