check out
the range map on Hamilton's paper. he has it extending very far south! actually looks like a possibility in NC in the mountains (which is included in the southernmost part of the range in the east). in the west the range is extended all the way to northern New Mexico. There's a major lack of collection records south of Ontario however, so I have a feeling southern records are stragglers and may not be representative of complete populations. the potential range even includes the PNW but there aren't any records.
