Can't quite see the face, but we're thinking pulverea is the best bet for this one.

You can certainly submit an image with more pixels
First, on the original, crop away all but a rectangle that includes the caterpillar. That may be all you need since it will get rid of the 75% of the image that doesn't help identify the cat. If somehow it is still too large, save it at a slightly lower quality, maybe 10 instead of 12. And if that doesn't work you can always change the image size, but do that as a last resort.

I kept trying for a higher quality image, but the submittance page continually informed me the file was too big. This is the biggest it would accept
